Query Letters

Because I have a novel completed and a second nearing completion, I’m looking for an agent to represent me. Part of that search involves writing a query letter that will convince the agent to take me on.
My daughter-in-law, Clarissa, knows a lot of people. A friend of a friend’s blog had some info on writing queries, so she passed a few links on to me. The following agents handle science fiction and have some posts on their blogs about the good, the bad, and the ugly query letters:
